At Sanctuary Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
